You must not share your credentials with any third party. 512jl will never ask for your password via email, SMS, social media, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are valid will be attributed to you.
512jl is required to verify the identity of players prior to processing withdrawal requests. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license), proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed.

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to your 512jl wallet within sixty (60) seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take between 5 and 60 minutes to process depending on the sending institution's processing times. Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method. 512jl does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes of request submission. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business hours. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification completion. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in the same name as the 512jl account holder. 512jl reserves the right to request documentation confirming payment method ownership.
Real-money deposits that have not been subject to any bonus wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal after KYC verification is complete. Bonus-derived funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual bonus terms. 512jl reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or violations of these Terms.

Bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before any funds derived from bonus activity become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered using the bonus funds (or a combination of bonus and deposit funds, as specified in the offer terms) before withdrawal eligibility is established. The contribution rate of different game types toward wagering requirements varies and is specified in individual promotion terms. Live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate than slots.
512jl reserves the right to void bonus credits and any winnings generated through bonus play if it determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a single promotion, exploiting low-house-edge games to satisfy wagering requirements, using bonus funds in a way inconsistent with normal recreational play, or providing false identity information to claim a new-player bonus.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in an individual promotion's terms, a maximum of one (1) active bonus may be held in a 512jl account at any time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus and its associated wagering progress.

Game outcomes are unpredictable, non-manipulable, and statistically independent of prior outcomes. 512jl does not alter game outcomes in favor of any party.

In the event of a disconnection, system error, or technical failure during a game round, 512jl will make reasonable efforts to determine the outcome of the interrupted round using server-side logs. If a definitive outcome cannot be determined, 512jl may void the round and return the staked amount to the player's balance. 512jl shall not be liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the 512jl system — whether in a slot game, live table game, bingo session, or sportsbook — it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended by the player. 512jl is not responsible for bets placed in error.

512jl does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical defects. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may cause temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. 512jl will use reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance in advance.
512jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User account at any time and without prior notice if it determines that the User has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other users. In cases of confirmed fraud, illegal conduct, or material Terms violations, any real-money balance in the account at the time of termination may be forfeited.
You may close your 512jl account at any time by submitting a written request via live chat or by contacting support at [email protected]. Before account closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and eligible real-money balances (net of any outstanding wagering obligations) will be returned to your verified payment method.
Upon termination of your account — by either party — your license to use the 512jl platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 8, 10, 11, and 13) will continue to apply following account closure.

Your continued use of the 512jl platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.2.
